ABOUT RESERVATIONS

In the spring 2026, the TCU University Unions and Dee J. Kelly Center will transition to a new online reservation platform. During this time, INTERNAL facility users (those with a TCU username and password, booking events for the TCU community) will need to use different reservation platforms based on the DATE of the event.  Please use the links below to make reservations during this transitional time:

Events held now-May 15, 2026

Continue submitting reservations using the EMS platform:

Submit reservations via email based on your selected facility:
