MAZEVO RESOURCES
In the spring 2026, the TCU University Unions and Dee J. Kelly Center will transition to a new online reservation platform. Reservations for events held beginning June 1, 2026 will be submitted through the NEW event reservation software, Mazevo.

Submitting a Reservation Request

- Visit www.mymazevo.com.
- Log in using your TCU username and password*.
- Complete the event request form with your event details, preferred date(s), and space needs.
- Submit your request.
*Following initial login, accounts require up to 24 business hours for full activation before reservation requests can be submitted.

After You Submit a Reservation Request
- All event requests submitted through Mazevo are pending review.
- Submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation.
- The Unions and Kelly Center teams will review your request based on space availability, event details, and University priorities.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your reservation is approved.
Important Notes
- If additional information is needed, a reservation team member will reach out during the review process.
- Please wait for your confirmation email before advertising or sending save-the-dates for your event.
- Requests are reviewed in the order they are received.
