PARKING AT TCU

Parking on the TCU campus is free to visitors and no permit is required. For information about parking during the conference, please select the conference day below:

Prior to 7:00am on Monday, guests may park in any non-reserved student, Faculty/Staff, or visitor lot.  All day Sunday, guests may park in any white-lined space in a student, Faculty/Staff, or visitor lot – just avoid 24-hour reserved spaces.

Monday and Wednesday, our primary parking lot during the TCU portion of the conference will be Lot 6, which is located across from the Brown-Lupton University Union and adjacent to the DJ Kelly Alumni & Visitors Center.  The approximate street address for this lot is: 2820 Stadium Drive; Fort Worth, Texas 76129.  This lot will work for all conference sessions and Wednesday’s dinner at the Legends Club at Amon G. Carter Stadium. Attendees with vehicles are asked to drive their vehicles or walk to the TCU campus on Monday and Wednesday.  There will be transportation between the Hyatt and campus.  However, we ask that you help us reserve spots on the conference transportation for groups without access to vehicles.  This helps us move everyone more efficiently (both in terms of time and money).  Thank you for understanding!

Tuesday, we will travel as a group to Baylor University in Waco, Texas.  Buses will be provided for this portion of the conference.  Attendees with vehicles are encouraged to leave their vehicles at the Hyatt Place and ride conference-provided transportation.

Self-parking in hotel lot is $10 per day (additional charge for valet) and is not included in the hotel rate. Limited street parking is available for free on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • Cultural District: The Fort Worth Cultural District features five internationally-recognized museums in a beautiful park-like setting.
  • Near Southside District: An eclectic area offering a variety of unique, locally owned, “unchained” dining and shopping.
  • TCU District: Surrounded by mature oak trees, the TCU campus is nestled in the heart of the city—between quiet neighbors and bustling eateries. Where Horned Frogs play, live, work and shop.
