WRITTEN CAMPUS UPDATES

A staple of previous Bigs conferences are the campus presentations.  After listening to feedback from members of both conferences, there will be no block of time dedicated to campus presentations.  This time will be replaced with several opportunities for colleagues to share: written updates; Idea Exchange; and conference breakout time.

To aid in the written updates, each institution (attending the conference or not) is asked to complete an Institutional Update Form (below) by 9:00am CDT October 28. Responses will be compiled and provided to all member schools.

IDEA EXCHANGE PRESENTATIONS

For institutions that have a project or update that is especially worth sharing, the conference will provide a space on Monday or Wednesday for these institutions to give a 15 minute breakout presentations (10 minutes plus Q&A) on that specific topic, idea, project, update, etc.  Examples may include renovations, new dining concepts, new programming initiatives, or anything that you are proud of or think others could learn from.  You can opt-in to participate in the Idea Exchange when you submit your Institutional Update Form or by emailing bigs2024@tcu.edu.
