The University Unions consists of many different spaces to host your event and support your needs. We happily host a diverse group of events every year, ranging from student organization meetings to week-long conferences. When you are ready to submit your request, please follow the link and fill in all appropriate fields.

Reservation Rates and Policies – A breakdown of the fees and costs of renting rooms in the University Union
Scheduling Restrictions – There are some key times during the year that we do not schedule events, in order to not program over University-wide priorities. There are also certain types of events that we do not support in our building. Please check this list to make sure your event will not be affected by these restrictions.

You will need your TCU username and password to complete the reservation process. If you are not a TCU student or Faculty/Staff member, and are interested in requesting a reservation, please visit the Conference Services department website for more information.

Please note that when you have submitted the reservation request form, you will receive an automatic response from our reservations system – this is NOT a confirmation, and your request has NOT been approved yet. You will receive communication from our Reservations staff, once they have reviewed your request.
