The King Family Commons Building opened in January of 2015 and features an open seating design with many areas for impromptu student hang-out or collaboration areas.
The building features a large dining/open seating area, lounge space, and impromptu meeting space. It is a 2 story facility with more than 39,000 square feet of open space. The facility features 5 different dining facilities, including a coffee shop, a Tex-Mex food option, a grill, and a chef-inspired bistro.
Inside the King Family Commons Building, on the 2nd floor, you will also find the Fraternity and Sorority Life Offices. The Multi-Purpose Building also houses the Greek Room, a space designed to provide meeting and storage space for all Greek letter organizations on campus.
