Aside from room reservations, TCU student organizations and University departments can reserve tables that are set up on the first and second floor of the University Union. You can use these tables to hand out fliers, take polls, sell tickets for an upcoming event, or simply meet students passing by to tell them about your organization.

Table Request Form – To reserve a table, please fill out the request form.

Sales Request Form – If you are planning to sell anything (tickets, t-shirts, etc.), you must fill out and have a Sales Request form approved by University Union staff.

Raffle Request Form – If you are hosting a raffle, then you must fill out the Sales Request form above, and a Raffle Request form.
